주한미군대사관 공보과에서는 6월 20일-25일, 6일 동안(무박, 단 하루는 용산부대 내 미국외교관과의 homestay 실시) 2011 U.S. Embassy Student Leaders Summer Seminar를 개최합니다.
본 프로그램의 대상은 미국, 한미관계 그리고 Leadership에 관심 있는 대학생(3학년 또는 4학년)이며 전공은 무관합니다. 총 20명의 대학생이 이 행사에 참여하며 선발절차는 각 대학교에서 1명을 선발하며 단, 선발된 학생은 해외경험(거주 또는 공부)이 없거나 있을시 1년 미만 해외에 거주 또는 수학했어야 합니다. 영어는 능숙하나 해외경헙이 없는 학생들에게 기회를 제공하는 본 프로그램은 통역없이 영어로 진행됩니다.
- 선발인원 : 1명
- 지원자격
가. 대학생(3 또는 4학년 : 지원 시 성적표 상 4학기 이상 이수자)
나. 해외경험이 없거나 있을시 1년 미만 거주 또는 공부한 자
다. 영어 (말하기, 쓰기, 듣기, 읽기) 능통
라. 전공은 무관하며 미국과 리더십에 관심이 있으며 세미나에 적극적이고 열성적으로 참여할 수 있는 자

나. 국문 성적증명서 1부
다. 공인영어성적표(TOEFL, TOEIC, TEPS, IELTS 등) 사본 1부
라. 영문 이력서 1부 (자유양식)

What is the World Class University (WCU) project?
The WCU project is one of the programs sponsored by the Korean government with a goal to enhance education and research standards in Korean universities. By inviting prominent researchers and scholars from overseas, the project allows local and foreign faculty members to interact with each other in order to promote advanced research activities. The project also seeks to establish new academic programs based on research done by faculty and staff members involved in the program.
